Only downfall is you can hear the jacket while running ! Otherwise thin and blocks wind

The jacket is perfect for the summer, however it runs small. I am usually a size medium, but ordered a large was very tight around my chest area. For reference I am 4’11, 145, 36D. And now I’m not able to order the XL because is out of stock.
