The shoe fits pretty true to size, maybe just a tiny bit on the smaller side, but not enough to size up. I like my shoe to fit just right, I don’t like much of a gap between my toes and the edge of the shoe to prevent my foot from sliding when striking . If you like a full thumbs width, consider sizing up a half size. I love the look of the shoe and it feels great on the foot. Unlike other stability shoes, this shoe has a normal, neutral style looking sole as opposed to the clunky soles seen in most stability shoes. I like the Heel Support RunGuide System as opposed to the medial post support in most stability shoes, it seems to work better for me. I’m not a big fan of the tongue, but that’s just a minor observation. I did some research and came across these shoes because I’ve had calf injuries over the last couple of years and I was looking for a stability shoe that was not extreme and also I wanted something with ample forefoot cushioning but that won’t weigh me down when I’m running. So far, so good. I’ve previously worn Saucony Tempest (2 pairs) and Asics Kayanos (12+ pairs), both are great shoes as well, but I was looking for something new and this shoe has exceeded my expectations.

I got these for my husband. He loves them-the fit is spot on. He is picky about comfort and says these are very comfortable.
