This is a wonderful shoe. We have ordered exact same style in the past. This time, the first size 12 order came and was one full size larger. We measured the actual shoe and the sole measured about 3/4 inches longer than the current size 12 shoe. Exchanged for an 11 1/2 thinking a 1/2 size down would work, still too long. Finally with Zappos help we went down a full size to an 11 and it fit perfectly, even though my husband wears size 12. Since we had to return and exchange twice we were able to report the discrepancy to Zappos so they could contact the manufacturer. Really love the shoe and the brand and this is the only style we have had a problem with for sizing. Zappos customer service, as usual, was amazing.

Got him a pair a couple of years ago. He has a wide foot and good shoes are hard to find! He said they were the most comfortable shoe he has ever worn. Bought him a new pair for Christmas.
