The shoes are obviously well made, and arrive with nice cloth bags for each shoe. They look great, and feel good to walk in with the rubber soles. The downside is the heel is quite hard/stiff, and does not give at all. It feels like the heel is made of wood (but it’s not), so it rubbed my heel and became painful by the end of the day. Regrettably, I had to return them. Other than the overly hard-heel issue, these shoes are a work of art!
