very stiff and hard to bend. Even though these shoes feel light in my hands, they felt too heavy on my feet. Not a good match for me.

These shoes are FANTASTIC! Hands down a WIN for ON with this style! Very comparable to a Hoka Clifton but better in my opinion. ON never disappoints. Would highly recommend this size. True to size sneaker!
Kari –
Shoes are really comfortable, they actually feel like walking on a cloud so expect some bouncing. They are cool but very sporty look

I have several pairs of On but these ran 1/2 size small (typically an 8 but 8.5 was perfect in this style). Super comfortable and springy. I was worried they would be too bulky or heavy but they look great on the foot and are amazingly lightweight. I’m on my feet as a nurse all day and these are magical.

I have been wearing ON shoes for many years – the best in terms of the comfort. The problem is – they wear out very very quickly and hard to clean. Quality of the liner is very poor.

I absolutely LOVE ON shoes and this style so far is my favorite. I have over 15 pairs and these definitely are the best for long days. I can walk, run and do everyday errands without feeling my bunions or plantar fasciitis. I absolutely highly recommend ON shoes but the styles are all very different and feel very different. This style is my favorite and is great for wide feet. Cloud X are also nice if you don’t care for the thick look on the bottom. I can’t wait for them to come out with a new color because I already have these and the blue/purple ones. Lucky for me I wear tennis everyday so I get to buy new ones regularly.

The fit is true to size, the style is very sporty, but the comfort is amazing. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve found in years! I love them.

Have used them for running after a hiatus- they feel amazing!

So far so good. I am a size 6.5-7 typically in all shoes. However, I usually buy my running shoes 1-1.5 sizes bigger. I have been wearing the Hoka Bondi for the past few years. They are very nice but I have been trying to manage some plantarfascitis & the Hoka’s were not helping. I decided I better try another running shoe to get rid of the fascitis. Research led me to the on. I hesitated on what size to buy the 7.5 or 8. I was wearing size 7.5 in Hoka. Historically, I wore size 8 in nike since I feel they run smaller than most. I decided on the 7.5. They are on the smaller side so I followed up with another order for the 8 as well. I will keep both & wear the 7.5 with thinner socks & for shorter runs & walks. I will wear the 8’s with my usual thorlo socks & for my long runs. Going forward I will likely stick with the 8. I would say they run more narrow than most running shoes. All in all I found them to fit similar to Nike.
I have only worn them for a few days but already my plantarfascitis has improved. Hopefully this continues.

I use inserts, so I can’t comment on support. I can say that these shoes are the most cushioned running shoes ever. I am old (55) and run 3 miles 5 times per week. I Love these shoes. The only complaint is that they seem to wear out faster than Hokas. But they fit better and are much lighter and airier than Hokas.

I saw a nurse with these on the other day and I just had to ask her what type of shoes with those she said on cloud, I ordered me a pair and I’ll love them. They are the best shoes ever. They are so comfortable and my feet just feel amazing even when I get off work.

I usually wear an 8.5 but in this shoe, it was uncomfortable on the outer toes of my right foot (a unique problem I have), so I tried a 9 and it felt great. The cushioning is dreamy both under the heel and the ball of the foot, and somehow the shoe still feels responsive.

I didn’t want to love them but I do !
I was almost hoping I wouldn’t like them because of the cost but these are the most comfortable Ons I have bought to date. This is my 3rd pair and if they came in a neutral color way I’d buy a second pair ! Comfortable on my semi wide feet with good responsive bounce /cushion. Comparable to hoka Clifton 8 in comfort .

bottom is very cushioned, but the shoe itself feels like there is no structure to it. I will stick to Hokas.

Got these for my basic-ass wife. She loves them!! They’re hideous, but I don’t have to wear them. She says it’s these or hokas (also hideous) are the most comfortable. Expensive, ugly, comfy!!

$$$ but so worth it. Seriously the best running shoe I have ever purchased. I normally wear a 7 in all shoes and these felt true to size and width. They are lightweight yet still supportive. I am prone to supination so the light yet structured support is perfect and has relieved pressure on my ankles. The unique colors and style is great too! Will definitely be getting another pair soon.

I usually wear Brooks running shoes but had read good things about Cloudmonsters and thought I’d give them a try. I really wanted to love these but they were cut too high and rubbed on my ankle bone. I was disappointed to have to return them.

Bye-bye plantar fasciitis! I had a recent flare up that was really debilitating and these are the first shoes that allow me to walk without having to favor the unaffected foot! I did go up a 1/2 size, as recommended and that was the right choice for me. I did replace the insert with a bit more arch support, but nothing drastic.

I love these shoes. I already own a pair in the white and creek color, so I bought the black magnet ones. They’re so comfortable and lightweight. My only critique is that the Zappos photos don’t reflect that this is a black shoe with a grey sole. The catalog images make the sole look black, too. The manufacturer’s site has a more accurate photo of the color. I’m uploading my own photo for reference.

These shoes are hands down the most comfortable shoes I have ever tried. I have flat feet and plantar fasciitis and I have tried all the ones that claim to help with foot pain, Hoka. ASICS, Brooks, new balance, etc. and none of them have helped completely. I will hurt in some part of my foot after a long day of work, but I have finally found the shoe that helps me perfectly. I don’t even want to take them off after work. They did run a half size small for me. I highly recommend these shoes for anyone who suffers from foot pain.

size up 1/2 size great shoe

Super cute shoes! I’ve gotten so many compliments. I’m in healthcare and they don’t kill my feet by the end of my 12 hour shift. Love on clouds and these are so good!
Pam –
Size up in OnCloud! I have happily worn Hokas for many years but wanted to try OnCloud. As suggested by Zappos, I ordered the same size in this shoe as my Hokas. The OnCloud are definitely smaller and this pair is going back. I am trying a 1/2 size up and hopefully will find it more comfortable.

I bought a pair of On Cloudmonster sneakers in late May and have been using them for daily walks around town, covering about 2-3 miles per day. Unfortunately, after just one month of use, both shoes developed holes around the big toe joint area. Given the reputation of the Swiss brand, I expected better quality. I’ve submitted a warranty claim, but it’s disappointing that they’re taking 2-3 weeks just to respond. This experience suggests that the company may not prioritize customer satisfaction.

Too short and tight in the toe box. no arch support.
