I have been a previous user of the Solution Speed FF 2 as my go to Asics tennis footwear. Was really looking forward to this update, but I have to say that after a few weeks of playing in these, I am not sure what to think of the FF 3 version. They are definitely very light but also very stiff. I had been hoping it was just a matter of a break-in period, but even after 7-8 hours of court time in these, I still can’t get totally set with them and prefer the FF 2s.

I got these shoes a month ago and I’m so happy with them.
They have all the great features of the previous version – Solution Speed FF 2 – light and fast. But this new version also feels more breathable and flexible.
These shoes also are very durable. After playing almost everyday for a month, they still look and feel new.
Not to mention they look great!

Outstanding show, amazingly plush and stable for how light it is. It did not fit my particular foot perfectly so I had to return it. I normally wear a 2E width and the width on these was actually ok but borderline. They were a little longer than I expected so the upper folded right in front of my pinky toe. It wasn’t painful but I noticed it so it was not a perfectly seamless fit. The half size down would have been too tight in the width. It’s a shame, great show, just not for me.
